Can I File a Claim if my Amazon Package Never Arrived?
Amazon offers a claim process for customers if their package doesn’t arrive in time or isn’t delivered.
Amazon’s guarantee from A to Z is available for claims. However, in order to qualify for the A to Z Guarantee claim, customers must check off one of the following:
It did not arrive 30 days ago or three days beyond the expected delivery date.
The package arrived damaged, defective or different than what you originally ordered.
Amazon refused to refund you if your package was returned.
International returns are possible if the seller doesn’t provide an address and shipping label.
Your order was incorrectly shipped/customs charged by the seller.
If the package is still not delivered, you can submit an A2Z claim. For assistance, customers can claim within 90 days of the expected delivery.
In order to file the claim, login to your account and go to Accounts and Lists > Your Account > Your Orders. Select the order you’d like to file a claim for, and select File/ View Claim.
Are you concerned if your package status states “Delivered” but I never received it?
Amazon will request that customers wait at least 48 hours to contact customer support if they receive a status message that says their shipment has been delivered. This is because sometimes the status of delivery can be changed prematurely.

Customers will receive a refund for packages that haven’t arrived within reasonable time. In order to qualify, the package ordered must be missing 3 days past the estimated delivery date.
If the delivery date is not met, the customer is advised to look at their tracking information. This will allow them to locate their parcel.
