Amazon.com’s marketplace sellers have begun shipping some products to the post office boxes starting in 2022. However, many of the excluded products don’t ship to PO boxes as they frequently use carriers that won’t deliver. Amazon users can also use General Delivery addresses to obtain their Amazon packages.
While this may raise the possibility of loss, many Amazon buyers with PO boxes are able to use General Delivery addresses in order to get their packages.
