Apple Pay is a very popular payment method that has been supported by many retail outlets. However, some are still opposed to this new technology. If you’re wondering if Apple Pay is accepted by Kroger, here are my findings. Let me tell you what I found.

Does Kroger Accept Apple Pay In 2022?

Kroger doesn’t accept Apple Pay for any of their stores starting in 2022. Instead of downloading the Kroger Pay application on iPhones, customers will be able to use it wirelessly to pay self-checkouts at registers and registers. Kroger does not accept cash, Amex or credit cards.

Kroger Pay also can be used at the attendant line, self-checkout, at participating instore pharmacy checkouts, beer and wine locations, and in-store liquor stores.

Kroger Pay currently isn’t available in Kroger Fuel Centers or Pharmacy Drive-Thru Lanes.

If they take Kroger payment, then you will need to verify pick-up at your Kriger preferred pick-up location.

What payment options does Kroger accept

Kroger takes debit and credit cards, including American Express, Discover and MasterCard.

Kroger will also accept cash, personal checks or WIC cards.

Kroger said that it had been considering other payment methods, including Apple Pay or Google Pay as well as Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay, Fitbit Pay, mobile bank apps, and contactless modes of payment.

Kroger however had to end Apple pay, and all other mobile payment options.
