Moreover, although every Kohl’s store may be different, most managers don’t allow pets or dogs in their stores because they fear for safety and health.

Do Kohl’s allow service dogs?
Not all Kohls allow pets but many stores will accommodate service animals for people who have special needs. Again, this is left up to the store manager of your local Kohl’s.

According to ADA, this type of question falls under the discrimination laws. Any employee at a Kohl’s store including the manager could face penalties for asking for papers for service animals.
