According to Target’s price adjustment policy, you will have 14 days to request a price adjustment if the product you purchased is sold for a lower price after you bought it.

Target does price adjustment on online orders
Target.com is able to raise the price of almost all items sold online by adjusting their prices. The easiest way to register a price adjustment request for online purchases is by calling Guest Services at 1-800-440-0680.
Alternatively, you may use the live chat feature if you have a Target account to request a price adjustment. Please enter your order number, email, name and price to be adjusted.
You will be refunded via the original card that you used to pay for your purchase if you request approval.
Target does price adjustments during the holidays?
Cyber Week and Black Friday is a sale event all customers look forward to. Target will adjust the price of any product you have purchased before Black Friday.
Target waived the 14 day requirement in recent years (2022). This means that merchandise purchased between November 1st and November 28th can be eligible for price adjustments until December 24th.
Target Does Target Adjust Prices in the Absence of a Receipt
Unfortunately, Target will not adjust the price of a product without a receipt as they cannot verify the original price without it. Additionally, total card or cash refunds are not possible without valid proof.
Target will accept a variety of forms of proof, including original receipts for store-bought merchandise or digital versions that you have scanned into your Target app account.
Alternatively, bring your online order’s packing slip or order confirmation detailing the original price and payment method for Target to approve your price adjustment request.

Target Circle Rewards members cannot ask for a price adjustment of products in special Target Circle promotions, discounts, and offers.
If you wish to meet the prices of another retailer for the same item, you’ll need to request a price match instead of a price adjustment.
