Walgreens is slowly eliminating tobacco products in its stores. This includes cigars, cigarettes, vapes. rolling papers and rolling tobacco. This was due to a ban imposed on pharmacies selling tobacco products. In certain states, Walgreens only sell products related to tobacco.
Does Walgreens Sell Non-Tobacco E-cigarette Products Such As Vapes and Juuls?
Walgreens used to sell e-cigarette brands such as Blu and Fin (which do not contain tobacco) in its stores before 2019.

What is the Legal Age to Purchase Cigarettes or Tobacco Products
Before 2019, Walgreens sold all kinds of cigarettes and tobacco products to people above the legal age of 18 in its physical stores.
The new Tobacco 21 policy was implemented by the company in April 2019. This follows state regulations which raised the legal age of purchasing tobacco products to 21.
This was eventually implemented at the federal level. To purchase tobacco products such cigarettes in any shop (of any firm) within a country selling them, one must have been over 21.
However, note that Walgreens has now ceased to sell all forms of tobacco products to anyone despite raising the age limit.
Walgreens won’t carry any section containing cigarettes, ecigarettes or other tobacco products anymore.
